What Eliane Mirland doesn't like about Le Refuge:
Having wanted to inform me to eat on February 10 in the cafeteria I came across a waiter and a waitress putting the desserts on small plates, masks down, without gloves and above all licking their fingers between manipulations. Disgusting. When I commented to them that it was dirty and did not meet any standards, the waitress just asked me what I wanted. Well... No eating or anything at all.
