I'm not a big fan of the vegan teriyaki bowl. The flavors didn't really balance out; the purple cabbage was overly acidic, and there was way too much pickled ginger. The tofu had the strangest texture I’ve ever encountered, although it was nice and crispy. At least it includes edamame. The ramen option doesn’t come with tofu, and the kitchen is too busy to accommodate substitutions. I would suggest that the chef impr... View all feedback.
