Vaste Riviere Provisions - Hot Springs

I took a drive up to hot springs to clear my head of some things going on. I've never been here and decided to stop in for a beer before heading back to Asheville. The staff is very friendly. The food is delicious and the beer selection is decent. I very much enjoyed my time here and will be coming back wether it be with friends or by myself to do some thinking. The back patio was secluded while still being able to hold a good amount of people. Next time you're In hot springs go ahead and stop in for a beer or food and take a look inside the shop area. I'm sure you'll see something you want

Artisanal cured meats, thoughtfully selected tipple, flavor-bomb sandos, delightful pantry provisions, and the finest conservas collection I?ve seen this side of the Atlantic await you at Vaste Riviere! Perfect to stop in for treats for your soak at the Spa; refilling your pack with a proper splurge while on the trail; or outfitting your campsite/cabin with some next level food and bevs. I did not expect to find such a fine array of specialty foods in Hot Springs. This place is a foodie?s dream!

We stopped here for a quick bite. Got a tuna melt and Greek salad and both were delicious! Friendly, quick service and clean bathrooms! ????

We went in for lunch and we?re welcomed by the delicious scent of fresh baked crab cakes. I ordered them because I could not leave without trying them! Delicious, fresh, and full of crab not filler! While you are waiting for the food to be ready take a look at all of their special items, they have a great selection of specialty items and natural as well!

We came to Vaste Riviere to buy tinned seafood. They have an extensive selection. We stayed for lunch. Had the tuna melt and the beets with labneh. It was fabulous. Best lunch we have had in a very long time. Everything over the top delicious. Worth the 40 minute drive from Asheville!
