The Oceanic Café, located in the city of Horta, has been a popular destination for tourists and locals alike. The location is central and the space is welcoming, modern and well decorated, with an indoor and outdoor area. The menu is varied and the food is delicious. The staff is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is not enough to be a good restaurant/bar. A soup, a toast and a salad took 55 minutes to arrive but the worst thing is that when I asked why it took so long, I received silence in response and the same as the two times I insisted with the waitress.
