KFC - Horsham

Rolled into drive thru at 7pmish. No lights on menu board or outside. Let them know. Okay will tell manager. Sit their and few minutes later.,"what do u want"...ummm "the lights turned on so i can read the board would be nice(thought to self, lill bit customer service would be nice too)" "yer i told the manager". Lights go on. Place my order. Specifically ask for two breast pieces in streetwise pack. No other cars and only one person instore but had to wait 10 minutes for food. Usally a good sign, hmm freshly cooked Chicken. .Get home. 4 legs (well, sotta legs, missing the meat from half way down, pedicure gone wrong maybe), 1 wing (at least it used to be, but must of been to weight watchers) and not really sure what other piece was (or if it was chicken at all)..two boxes of soggy cold chips (minus the extra salt requested, think it must of been to hard to listen to customer ordering whilst chatting/laughing under breathe with other team members whilst taking order, should learn to mutli skill better), the bum nuggets, even the dog turned her nose at them ( and she licks her, you know, self cleaning) ...only edible thing was the strips.Never again. Last few visits have been shocking. Dirty floors on view, social gatherings in office, horrid food. No more KFC for us. Not happy to have wasted my money or time. Eggs on toast that night

It is very close to the hotel where I stayed, and I used the Australian wine I bought at the winery to enjoy in my room. I ordered Wicked Wings and Popcorn Chicken Shaker Salad Side, but the taste and quantity were sufficient as a wine knob.

The food was so over cooked that most of it was just hard lumps that you couldn't eat. Only some of the tables had been cleaned.

There were 13 tables in this KFC and only 3 were clean and free of other peoples food wrappers drink spillages and general food leftovers Food on floor and over flowing garbage bin does not look good for potential customers to eat instore It was not a busy time of day we called in so quite obvious it was just lack of direction by staff not to clean up or just cannot be bothered The 4 young guys staff members seemed happy enough, music videos showing on the tv and volume up high.Chicken was fresh and hot in my burger

Walked into KFC Horsham yesterday morning to get some take away breakfast. I stood at the counter with my money in hand. I was not served for 8 minutes and stood there read the local paper that was on the counter and left disgusted without being served. Service zilch. KFC lift your game, it is appalling.
