Had the rib eye, amazing! Cooked to perfection, very generous servings. Price is very reasonable and beverages also reasonably priced. Definitely worth a visit and will be back next time I'm in Horsham! View all feedback.

Definitely the nicest/new and fresh feeling place in town as the bistro has been recently renovated. It’s got a lovely vibe and the staff were very nice. It no longer has tablecloths however this was not noticeable. The food was some of the best we have had in a while. The lamb was very tender and full of flavour and the salmon was melt in the mouth. The $50 two course deal was great value and included a drink. We had a table of 10 on Friday night and we were very well looked after. Bookings are essential as it’s a very popular spot. Very well done!
I had their special $50 2 course meal. Even though my steak was cooked medium rare the surface was a bit overcooked and tasted a bit like charcoal. However the highlight of the meal was the Sticky Date Pudding. The BEST I've ever had and will go back here just for that (so please don't take off the menu Capital!
A year ago we drove past Capital Bistro into town were drawn by the warm lights, busy interior and white tablecloths. As we headed back to Horsham this year we pre booked a table we were not disappointed. Although the table cloths are gone due to renovations, the new interiors are warm and welcoming (including a private dining alcove). The Bistro is attached to the Capital Motel and there is a drive through cafe window and outdoor seating. Staff were knowledgable and friendly and willing to cater to dietary requirements. Meals were well priced, well cooked and plated with care. Wide selection for entree, mains and dessert. Special deal for 2 or 3 course selections with a glass of wine.
Decided to go to Capitol Bistro tonight with our friends and was pleasantly surprised. We all loved our meals which included entrees, mains and dessert. Staff were warm and friendly especially Danielle. Thank you so much, we had a wonderful night.
