What Nathan Young doesn't like about The Sportsman Inn:
Lovely staff. We went for two nights B and B. Sadly the room was more like a single room. No chair very small room for two people. Very clean room. Shower the best thing about the room. We tried to change rooms but all booked and all similar in size. English Breakfast delicious Continental limited but lovely yoghurts. View all feedback.
Outstanding. The chenin/viognier South African white was delightful. We definitely plan on returning. The beautiful view of the Bird Sanctuary only added to our experience.
The restaurant has a lovely setting and the food is delicious. The outdoor balcony was particularly enjoyable on a summer evening. The service was good and friendly, and I would definitely go back again.

Very nice bacon and brie baguettes on the outside with lovely views of Wild Brooks and the Downs….and really friendly service. What a country pub should be. Thoroughly recommended
The food was delicious and the location was amazing. The weather was warm, so we sat outside on the terrace with a view of the water meadows. We had a wonderful evening.
