I belong to a group of five old young people who try to eat once a month for a drink and sometimes something. we often go to the dog and bacon for an evening where we enjoy beautiful beer, sandwiches and legendary sausage and chips. always charge food at a reasonable price. we are always very welcome. last night was not taken. we strongly recommend the dog and bacon. good value and a good reception. What User doesn't like about The Dog And Bacon:
Stopped for a quick drink, my o/h had a burger chips, which wasn't anything special. No vegan items listed at all. Nice beer. UPDATE: no I didn't ask if there were any vegan options, nowhere on your menu does it say you had any available. We were told the kitchen was only open for another ten minutes. I'm not the meat expert, my o/h said it wasn't that nice. I had a few of the chips but they didn't taste nice either.... View all feedback.

On the way to friends. nice clean pub. Eating was really delicious and well presented. beautiful merciful with a feeling of humor and very happy it would definitely go back there if in the opposite
On the way to home to a fast prise of landlord. cellar is obviously well kept as the beer was exactly as it should be. I have experienced friendly staff and mozens and will return.
Decent old pub with outside seats too. grabbed a quick pint and sat after a walk on the outside table. friendly service offered by the barmaid who a rehearsal after the inquiry about a certain ale on tap. not complaining of me.
Excellent tapped beer selection. Disappointing (but acceptable) setting.
