I visited The Load when Guisley was closed at 8 PM and was warmly welcomed by Aaron. His customer service skills were exceptional! He took the time to explain everything and was incredibly helpful. He truly restored our faith in the Horsforth branch, especially since we had some unsatisfactory experiences in the past.

I previously had a mixed experience with customer service at KFC, but today was exceptional. Joseph served us at the drive-thru, and his customer service was outstanding. He was very welcoming, and it was a pleasure to hear him through the intercom. He also prepared our order perfectly, including all the necessary utensils and napkins without us having to ask. He definitely deserves a raise!
