However, some patrons have unrealistic expectations and expect immediate service, even during busy times, which isn't always feasible. It's unfortunate to see young female employees being mistreated; such behavior is shameful and reflects poorly on those individuals, who clearly need a lesson in respect.

Joseph served us at the drive-thru, and his customer service was outstanding. He was very welcoming, and it was a pleasure to hear him through the intercom. He also prepared our order perfectly, including all the necessary utensils and napkins without us having to ask. He definitely deserves a raise!

He took the time to explain everything and was incredibly helpful. He truly restored our faith in the Horsforth branch, especially since we had some unsatisfactory experiences in the past.
