Pip's Homemade - HORSESHOE BAY

The local restaurant, Pip's, offers excellent service and homemade, fresh food. Be sure to visit for their delicious homemade pies and freshly cut salads.

We stopped at Pips on a Tuesday morning for breakfast when first arriving on the island, Pip and John were amazing and so accomodating, we had young children and Pip not only cooked them a special breakfast, she made us all feel like family. Food was excellent, friendly service. Highly recommended. Thanks Pip and John you're the best!

I have been searching for good fish and chips for most of my 70 plus years; now I have found them. Pip's Homemade chips are brilliant, crisp outside and fluffy inside; and Pip's fish are the best I have had EVER - large fish fillets coated with a fine light and super crisp batter, a finish to match the best Japanese tempura. If you are anywhere near Magnetic Island go and try Pip's. I give em five stars because I could not give em 10.

Probably the best fish and chips I have had in Australia and the pie was excellent as well. Great service, fantastic homemade food, Highly recommended.
