This is, hands down, the best place in the Elmira-Horseheads area for ice and Italian ice, actually it is the best place to get ice, time! I have tried the Custard, a Mixini and a Gelati so far, and I love them all! I find myself to Rita's every week just to taste the latest taste of ice, there are so many great flavors to try, oh, and the staff are always very nice and helpful! View all feedback.
