The staff is consistently friendly and the service is always excellent. This has even led to us striking up conversations with other patrons while we were enjoying our ice cream. In a departure from the usual, we found ourselves chatting with complete strangers about ice thanks to the fantastic service.

Large chocolate ice cream and the person waiting for us was very friendly.

The restaurant states they close at 10pm, but they always close very early, much earlier than their supposed closing time. I went in tonight and ordered a smoothie, which was disgusting and lacking in flavor. I attempted to order something else, but was refused service because they were closing in 2 minutes, even though it was only 7:50. The young girl working was very rude and disrespectful. I will never be returning to this place and will not be recommending it to anyone.

We stopped for breakfast and were disappointed with our sandwiches. The croissants were burnt, the sausage and eggs were cold, and the hashbrowns were soggy.

Very good ice and good service!
