Polite, grateful, and addressing ones concern.Other than the coffee (yum! tastes like Waffle House), this place is a damn gem.The menu is organized awkwardly but just read both sides before deciding.There were four of us that came for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Myself SO had Sillie Millie. From the menu: light fluffy lemon ricotta pancakes served with house-made lemon curdblueberry sauce . The pancakes were moist, slightly heavier than just flour pancakes, with a lemon curd that nicely balanced a lemon essence, tartness sweetness. The blueberry was a very nice accompaniment but more would 've been appreciated. Err, btw, you get three substantial pancakes which was really enough. Not knowing that prior i had ordered a side of grits, and that was still a great choice. Perfectly cooked, coarsely ground and so creamy.The prices were completely reasonable given the food quality.Things i missed the most: decent coffee juices (fresh squeezed oj, preferably).
