Starbucks - Horry

I used to come to this Starbucks regularly before work every morning. I hadn’t been in a while so I decided to stop in and get a coffee. The service was mediocre at best. I understand being stressed due to being busy, but if I have a question regarding an order, I don’t understand why I’d just be told no instead of getting the question answered. Coffee was okay but the service could be so much better.

Drinks are good. Run out of brownies too much though. Should order more

The guy at the window was very rude and disrespectful.

I ordered a grande nitro cold brew and lately I have been getting half a cup of foam. This last time I asked him to pour more in there and they probably just put a dab of it. I will get my drinks at another Starbucks now. And by the way if I wanted to pay for a half cup of foam I would have gone to a bar for a beer

Ordered 3 ribbon crunch Frappuccinos thru drive-thru...took a sip just as I was exiting onto congested Rt 501 and the drinks had ABSOLUTELY NO FLAVOR!! No coffee taste, no sweetness...nothing but brown ice with whipped cream *and no crunchies either. Went back inside and was treated very rudely by a geeky beanie wearing barista...the manager was nice enough and made the 3 drinks over again...but these were only slightly better and had a tiny bit of coffee flavor, but were still almost all ice... For $21. for 3 drinks I expected a whole lot better!! Oh and the remade drinks still had no crunchies and were only good for 3 sips b4 it was all unflavored ice again. I should have asked for my money back but just wanted to leave and never come back!! What has happened to the Frappuccinos??? They used to be a happy treat for me and kids..instead I got grief and frozen dish water.
