Dunkin' - Horry

I am very surprised by the service at this place. They had a long line but they had plenty of staff to cover. Staff was young, friendly and quick. The management of this location really understands how to run a restaurant. I appreciate the hard work. Thank you for not doing just the minimum but working with integrity and character to get the job done. You are appreciated!

Doughnuts tasted great, cannot say the same the same for the service. Yelling ‘thanks for the tip’ as my wife and I exited the building reassured me that I made the right decision to NOT tip you ladies for being a jack-leg during our 3 minute visit. You have a short period of time to be nice and EARN A TIP…take advantage of that. Try greeting us as we walked in, answering our questions in a less snarky/disrespectful tone, and ending with a thank you or have a great day…customer service 101.

The girls that worked that morning were very polite, very beautiful (sorry had to say that), the girl that served me was perfect the coffee was the best ive had, I never been there before but I will definitely be back. And price was really surprising to me. I pay $2 more for a doughnut every where else Ive had them. Thank you for everything hope to see u again soon

Parking: This Dunkin was in a small strip mall, so parking was limited.

My iced latte was mostly milk and there were blonde hair strands on all of our cups, so I likely won't visit here again.
