The staff was LOVELY, So nice and polite which is hard to see nowadays! Plenty of parking, clean restrooms and conveniently a gas station with an open lot that connects the parking lot to the gas station without having to get back on the road to access the gas station! View all feedback.

Absolutely the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. No matter how many times I go they manage to leave something out of the order, yet they conveniently always seem to charge me for whatever it is they decide to leave out. There is NO WAY they're doing it accidentally at this point. It's literally EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
My recent visit to Wendy’s left much to be desired, especially during the early morning hours. Despite being the only customer in the drive-thru line, the wait time for my food stretched to a frustrating 15 minutes.From the outset, the lack of efficiency was apparent. Despite the absence of any other vehicles in line, the service seemed sluggish and disorganized. What should have been a quick and convenient stop turned into an unexpectedly prolonged ordeal that left me late for work.Moreover, the quality of service did not match Wendy’s usual standards. The staff appeared to be either understaffed or poorly trained, leading to delays and confusion. It was evident that the morning rush was not being managed effectively even though it wasn’t much of a rush ofRegrettably, the disappointment extended beyond the service to the food itself. When I finally received my order, it was lukewarm at best, indicating that it had likely been sitting for some time before being handed to me. This lack of freshness further compounded my dissatisfaction with the overall experience.In conclusion, my experience at Wendy’s early morning drive-thru fell far short of expectations. Despite the absence of other customers, the wait time was unreasonably long, and the service was subpar. For those seeking a quick and hassle-free breakfast option, I would advise looking elsewhere until Wendy’s can address these glaring issues.

I have tried and tried to come here and have a good experience but it’s impossible. The his place has the absolute worst service of any fast food place I’ve ever been to, that is if you can even get service at all. Half the time you just sit in the drive thru and never get addressed. Been coming here for years and it’s never changed.
