One of the best restaurants in Bakersfield!! Everyone is always sooo friendly. The food is amazing their Kool-Aid truly hits different .

Their catfish is so good. Their breading is seasoned perfect and it wss cooked to perfection. Their green beans are good but their fried cabbage and their okra is to die for. The peach cobbler, banana cookie pudding, and the bread pudding with rum sauce tastes homemade and is always fresh and yummy! I can't wait until they reopen.

Amazing southern food... you gotta try the oxtails n collard greens with rice n gravy sooo good it will make u slap ur momma... red snapper n catfish are pretty dam good too.

Their food was freaking awesome! I definitely want to go back and try the waffles. I know their chickens and mashed potatoes with gravy is a great choice. You can't go wrong with any of the food. So much to choose from. Their prices are also reasonable.
