Sunday dinner was fabulous, with caring service, especially for those with injuries. Despite being packed on a busy Sunday lunchtime, the food and service were top-notch. The dining experience was fantastic, though sitting near the kitchen was a downside. The venue was lovely with superb buffet quality and reasonable drink prices, perfect for parties. The staff, including Christine and Lisa, were accommodating and helpful for a wedding reception, providing tasty food and ensuring everything went smoothly. Overall, The Cranleigh is highly recommended for any event.

The food is served hot and staff are polite. The vegetable choice was limited and speaking to the serving staff, they said they couldn't offer an alternative. Speaking to a manager, she very helpfully did provide an alternative and very promptly too.
The Sunday's are always busy but the food and experience are very good and it is very good value for money.
The food was amazing the service was really good very nice to be properly served your meal the old fashioned way! The sweet trolley was wonderful! My only gripe is that we were packed in like sardines we were there on a Sunday lunchtime and it was very busy. We had a table for two which was bordering on uncomfortably close to another big table. Would have liked a little bit more room especially as it was very warm even with the air conditioning, but overall a lovely meal.
