Wing Daddy's Sauce House - Horizon City

We really enjoy our visit. Food and drinks were good ribs where falling off the bone. However the best part was the service we received from Lesly, she had to come to the table several times displaying great patience and professionalism as we constantly allowed ourselves to be distracted instead of focusing on our menus and always with a smile on her face. Thank you L. Sorry bout that. She was attentive and on top of things made sure our order came out right. She would check on us frequently to assure we had everything we needed. When it comes to wings this will be our place.

I'm not fond of chicken wings in the least but I do enjoy a cold beer and some good atmosphere. That being said, we decided to try the new Wing Daddy's by Montana. We ordered some cheese fries and a Philly cheese sandwich. The fries were warm and full of melted cheese. They were garnished with air cream and jalapenos which added a zesty flavor to the mix. The Philly sandwich was equally crafted with care and flavorful. A really good sandwich. Unfortunately the cold beer I ordered was lukewarm and did not taste fresh, leaving a bitter taste in your mouth. I ended up ordering a bottle beer that eventually removed the warm taste of the other beer.My wife other a mangorita and mentioned the drink lacked a little flavor. At the end of the day the food was really good but not accompanied well by the lackluster drinks.

Horrible service from our waitress in general, she wouldn't come and check on us. Fried pickle batter was salty. Kids grilled cheese was okay, waited 30mins for boneless wings and a ribeye steak sandwich. Only for my ribeye steak to be cold and full of fat. WORST service ever it took our waitress 30mins to check on us and didn't even take the time to come and apologize the manager did his job and attempted to de-escalate the situation. If i could give this place 0 stars i would!

Tried call the Horizon establishment over 10 times and no answer to make an order. I even tried calling the others in the surrounding area and I still couldn’t get an answer. It’s 6 pm and I can’t get anyone on the phone to even say can you please hold smh.

My experience at this restaurant was incredibly disappointing. After waiting an hour for our food, my dining partner and I were frustrated, especially since it was just the two of us. The waitress finally approached us to apologize, but only mentioned that they had stopped serving the dish we ordered. This came after we had to wait five extra minutes just to receive our drinks. We were clearly annoyed, yet she didn't offer us any sincere apology. It felt as though she completely overlooked us as customers while she catered to larger tables and chatted with her co-workers at the service window. I won't be returning to this place again.
