We had a great experience here. The staff, especially Ericka, were so nice and attentive. I would recommend this place when you want to eat some really good seafood in a great atmosphere. View all feedback.
What Joshua Quezada doesn't like about Mariscos Culiacan:
I only tried the sushi during my visit. The restaurant sells only one type of sushi and the sushi roll is bigger than the diameter of a coke can. That is way too big for sushi as it should be eaten in one bite.Another thing they don’t sell beer throughout the week only on the weekend which made my experience less pleasant since I visited the location on a weekday. It is hard to rate the restaurant as a whole but going... Don't recomendable this place at all, besides the fact that they took forever to bring our food, the shrimp where full of p the cook didn't clean them good and when told about it they said that all shrimp are served like that the tostadas were stale because they have them put in the open on the little baskets! They didn't have most of the things in the menu so our options were limited.
I'm really disappointed at this place. I used to come here all the time, not the case anymore. From the moment I came in and sat, the waitress didn't even acknowledge me. Then 5 minutes after asked for my drink, not to mention they don't sell beer, so then limonada it is. Then took like 10 minutes, brought me tostadas that were chewy and old. When I put my drink down on the table, the table was so uneven, that it was so uncomfortable because my plates seemed like they were in a water bed lol. Ordered ceviche and I will say it's the worst ceviche I have ever had. The shrimp and vegetables were not even cut right, some big chunks some super small. Not a good flavor. Very disappointing to say the least. Will not return.
I've been to 2 worst restaurants and that's because they either brought me a patty for a steak or a cocaroach in my chilaquiles. This place is definitely over priced for such low quality. No flavor in any of the food. Walked out without even going through half of the flavorless shrimp (don't even remember what was ordered) and ended up paying $40 for one plate. They must make a living from first timers. DO NOT STEP IN THIS PLACE.
