The wife Sylvia and husband James Ramdin put their heart and soul into some of the best soul food every week. They usually spend a couple days preparing and reducing wines for the sauces. I've had incredible tomatoe quiches, spaghetti, hot Surinam curry, quarter pounders. The concept is you grab a bottle (reasonably priced 30CHF/bottle) of what you want and join in with locals and share experiences. Saturday's there is often a friendly guitar and round table stories. An amazing experience and the best food this side of the lake.
