Rice Workshop - Hoppers Crossing

Ridiculous customer service. I ordered Udon Beef Noodle and Chicken Katsu Curry. Lady who literally served me 5 minutes beforehand called out a name and I’m pretty sure I heard mine. Anyways I walk up and confirmed ‘Brandon’ with her and she hurriedly nods and gives it to me. She then walks up to me right before we start eating and said that the order was actually for ‘Ivy’ and awkwardly runs off after she found out it wasnt our meal without telling me anything. I go to take it back because I had no idea what she wanted me to do with it and she tells me I HAVE to eat it because I ‘received’ it. The audacity. Both dishes were spicy and my girlfriend can’t eat spicy foods imagine if she was allergic to something in it. Ruined my lunch and was a waste of a hard earned $24 that could’ve been better spent somewhere else. Ontop of that, once we ate our dishes, the quality was nothing like the CBD rice workshop. The rice was over cooked and overall wasn’t the best experience I’ve had. I’m never coming back here again.

Friendly service foods were hot and yum, man and I had the laughs. really enjoy it

Asked for Ramen, gave me upon noodles. Asked to replace gave me rice instead. Not understanding to give me Ramen. Then gave everything packed Seperately for dine in. 6 boxes with 3 different types of soup to mix. Very bad and bland food.

It's just rice, you would think they could get that right. They can't.

+5 stars for the food which (I thought) never misses-4 stars after seeing a slug crawl out of the food. I was really looking forward to it too.
