Service is great, you dont have to wait for service. Food is freshly cooked and cooked properly..Have also got catering from this store and it gets the thumbs up.

Should not be called fast food if the process is so drawn out considering the lack of other customers. The value meals should not be called value meals when they are priced so high. I am always left wondering how this franchise survives.

The customer service is good, the prices are expensive and the foods not that great -_- sadly id prefer to eat kfc/iga/coles chicken

Burgers are good but chicken is good. I think better than KFC as they do roast their chicken.Their deals are good from time to time. Always a good idea to check for deals online as once you enter the shop you feel pressure ordering quickly from the menu overhead.

The staff member licked their fingers to release the paper that she was going to wrap my bun in. I was the first of two people in the shop and I was watching and called her before she picked up the food. I indicated for her to come over to me and I quietly told her that she shouldn't be licking her fingers for any reason and that I would like her to please wash her hands and then wrap my food. This staff member looked at me as if I was an alien, she made a face that said "are you for real" she went elsewhere, I assume to wash her hands, she then wrapped the food and another staff member delivered it to me (I really do hope she did wash her hands and if she didn't - I'm a great believer in karma)
