Gloria jean’s probably offers the best mocha. Their Mocha truffle is so smooth and just melts in your mouth. Its my go to, whenever I go to shopping at Pacific Werrbee View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Gloria Jeans:
I'm am so use to our local GJ at Corio where the stay are friendly - I find it difficult going into Werribee Plaza in fact I don't go in any more. Most staff are brilliant but I found one or 2 people very rude condescendingand could not give a hoot about the customer I feel it may be the manager!! Food was fine - Coffee -ok View all feedback.
Always get a great cup of coffee and the service is very good, friendly staff, clean store and great decor
If you want reasonable coffee, Gloria Jeans is one of them. Their cakes and pastries are not too bad either.

Coffee at Gloria Jeans wasn't too bad, but being served in throw away cups is not too good for a sit in café, staff were "ok" but not as good as they used to be a couple of years back when had previously visited.
Definitely something to be desired here, sloppy drink making (my cup was dripping coffee down the side), poor attitude, baristas texting instead of pulling
