ordering over dug nabe during work. had originally ordered chicken and dumplings, but shortly after I sent my order, they called me to be out of them for the day. a disappointment, but the woman who called me was more than accommodating, and with a quick change of objects was my lunch on the way: have the fried steak, a cookie, landgravure on the side, and a few touches, and it was delicious! everything was nice and... What Ayden Stark doesn't like about A.j's Kitchen:
I am very unhappy about my order! This is not how you keep customers. Had a big order and each one was wrong. Home fries was burned fries plus half cooked. Had 2 Philly omelets one with mushrooms. Couldn't tell which was which. No butter or syrup for the pancakes and the country fried steak was half cooked plus the food was cold. Called and only thing was told to me is let me call my manager and I'll call u back. Im... View all feedback.
That's dinner. the teller lunch is contained huge 3 vegetables and choice of meat for $7,50 drink. the best in town. my wife enjoyed making an omelette as she wanted, with hash brew, cooked in butter and speckfett. so much taste. the waiting staff was amazing and attentive and the place was busy, but drinks stayed full and they were eager to help. the best part is that they have pizzaroma strambollis. natives know how good they are. they can buy or buy it there and take it home to cook. that's worth it. one has to eat.
Been here once. Not too bad. It's a meat and three kind of place. The younger lady that is part owner runs around everywhere trying to keep you happy. The fried pork chop and veggies were good. My wife got breakfast and the bacon was over done. Not a huge deal. The coconut pineapple cake was good. The owner appreciates your business and tries to please you. That's what I liked about the place. I'd go back.
Very homey atmosphere. Friendly employees. We had the daily plate special. The catfish was very good. My husband had the cornbread and said it was very good. The sides were a little overcooked and over seasoned for my taste, but I'm a lightly seasoned kind of person. The prices are really reasonable, and the service was quick and good. I will definitely be going back.
The food definitely needs more seasoning! However the fact that they serve a variety of things on their plate lunch is nice. The prices a little high for what you get. Service was ok but the signs on the wall all seem sarcastic so kind of off putting. Also very limited seating and cramped. I personally didn 't find it worth a second trip but it appears that they have regulars . I wish them luck and recommend to put a little more soul in their food.

Never got to worry about my money ever again!
