Carvel - Hopewell

One of the best carvels I've ever been. The staff was amazing and ice was exceptional. The custom ice cakes are 12/10. Will be back and recommend to family and friends

So the manager there was extremely helpful. I always thought ice cream cakes had to be vanilla or chocolate, but she recommended a pumpkin ice cream cake for an event I had and everyone loved it! really wonderful customer service!

This ice cream shop is great, with indoor and outdoor seating available. The shop is equipped with clean restroom facilities and convenient parking in the shopping center. They offer soft serve ice cream, which is a definite plus for me. Despite visiting near closing time, the staff was still very friendly.

My daughter had a lovely experience at this ice cream shop, as she loves ice cream. She tried the ultimate chocolate flavor and thought it was delicious. The store was very clean and the service was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Carvel makes custom ice cream cakes, so I ordered a custom unicorn ice cream cake for my daughter's birthday. It turned out beautifully! I will definitely be returning for more birthday cakes and ice cream in the future.
