It's a rare thing today. It is a deli that makes its own rules. I was there a few times and the hot dogs are excellent. I also had her pastrami a few times. It was nice a smokey with a pepper bite. Once it was a bit salty, which tells me it's homemade, it's not exactly the same every time. You order at the counter and then call your name when your order is finished. View all feedback.

Good food, burgers are very good bratwurst is the best I ever had also best sauerkraut ever. Only place I can find Kosciusko lager beer mustard. Wow is that good. Very good BEC. My only problem is with the staff. I have never in my life seen such blase? disaffected uninterested robots.No personality at all. This place is excellent! With a group of 6 and everything we tried was delicious and authentic. The busts are incredible.

It's a rarity these days to find a deli that sets its own standards. I've been there a few times, and the hot dogs are fantastic. I've also tried the pastrami a few times—it's pleasantly smoky with a nice peppery kick. On one occasion, it was a bit salty, which suggests it's made from scratch and not always the same each time you order. You place your order at the counter, and they call your name when it's ready.

We recently moved from Hopewell Jct to CT and we still take day trips here to enjoy the delicious food offered and stored on our favorites). We miss the German dishes and salads, we have not yet been able to find their game in CT. EF regulations offer a variety of food, hot meals and breakfast and ice cream! There is a beautiful pavilion to sit when the weather is good and enjoy the fresh air. The entire staff is pleasant and helpful and patient while I try to make my thoughts!! We will continue to come back to day trips, that is worth it.

I wasn't here in about 12 years, and my son visited with his wife and baby, so we were in the area and stopped at lunch and ice. I don't know how I wasn't here so long, but I'll be sure to return soon because I had the most amazing sausage! My son and my daughter-in-law had sandwiches, and they slept everything. After lunch we had ice cream and that was also wonderful! Great visit and I'm back! On a side note this place has a long history and I remember the day my son started preschool (23 years ago! so it was really good to go there with him and his four-month son! Great memories!

This deli is fantastic, offering hot food, delicious sandwiches, and even an ice cream window. My favorite sandwich is the hot pastrami—it's my go-to choice. I've attended several events they've catered, and the food has always been excellent. They send a team to grill and prepare everything on-site, which makes a big difference.
