Fuze - Hope

This restaurant was excellent. The chef personally came out to brainstorm with me about my dietary restrictions (low histamine, low FODMAP, gluten free), and together we created a delicious meal.

Almost everything on the menu is gluten-free, except for wraps. I have tried the tacos, poke bowls, and various other dishes, and all of them have been fantastic. I have never gotten sick after eating here.

The staff is well-informed about celiac disease and there are many menu items to choose from.

Really great restaurant. Clear about what is gluten free. Delicious food.

Tremendous take out Asian fusion. Been celiac friendly for years.
