Came with my family and we all got the western star burgers. I've never had a such a great burger before. Fresh home made patties and the crisp golden fries just topped it off. Will be back again View all feedback.

Go somewhere else...Five of us stopped for breakfast and we wished we had stopped in Hope. We had omelets, pancakes, scrabbled eggs different things off the menu and none were worth mentioning. The service considering there was 5 other people in the restaurant, was horrible and not a happy server at that. View all feedback.

First off, if you even notice that they have a diner here. you will wait forever for someone to notice you sitting there. If they even bring a menu and you manage to order. you quickly realize it would have been easier and better to go with a microwave pizza from their freezer section. full of fruit flies and bitter angry staff
Went for the full dinner menu and we were not disappointed. All the ingredients were fresh and good quality. The tomatoes and carrots in the salad were unbeatable! Serving sizes were ample and the price was moderate. A wonderful experience!
Now called "Somewhere Else" it is located on Hwy 1 about 9 miles north of Hope. Access/egress is easy and they have ample parking for cars and big rigs.Service was excellent and the menu the usual diner food - burgers, sandwiches, soup, salad, etc. Meals were served hot and tasty. The portions were substantial, so no room for pie.Definitely worth stopping for lunch
