Contribute Feedback What Dalton Burton doesn't like about Snappy Tomato Pizza:
The whole thing was pitiful. I absolutely love Anne, she is super sweet. But her driver, Hunter. Needs an attitude check. She brings out pizza, and when my friend opens the door, she basically SLINGS the pizza into the door way, almost hitting my friend. Then hand the two-liter of coke to my friend. We open the pizza box, and the whole pizza is mangled. Slid all to hell, and half of the pizza is smashed into itself,... View all feedback.
I was at work today and needed to order lunch for my kids at home, so I decided to call a restaurant for delivery. I made calls at 11:00, 11:30, 12:00, 12:30, 1:00, 1:30, and finally at 2:30. Each time, they picked up the phone and hung up without answering. It was clear they could see the calls, and this was incredibly frustrating. The customer service was absolutely terrible.
The entire experience was disappointing. I really admire Anne; she is wonderful. However, her driver, Hunter, needs to rethink his attitude. When Anne brought out the pizza, my friend opened the door and Hunter nearly threw the pizza into the doorway, almost hitting my friend. He then handed my friend a two-liter of Coke. When we opened the pizza box, we found that the pizza was a complete mess—everything was shifted around and half of it was crumpled together, likely due to either Hunter's rough handling or poor driving, or perhaps both. It's truly unfortunate. Unless we receive a replacement or a refund, we probably won't be returning or ordering from this establishment again.
The restaurant never answers the phone, and when they do, they simply hang up. I'd recommend finding another place to eat.
Diabetic Pizza is amazing! Super polite and professional staff! Highly recommend!
