Absolutely horrible. Got there at 9:25 pm. Sat there for 35 mins. As I watched only 4 cars get out of the window. So there were 5 cars ahead of me. Pull up at 10:01 and tell me they can't take anymore orders. You cook chicken fingers. I worked at a restaurant. You are not fooling me. Never again Zaxby's, never. Waste of time View all feedback.
Ordered the chicken sandwich club. It came cold. So I asked the manager she bring it 10 second later after she microwaved it. Did eat it. Get my money back.
I had a late lunch here with my mom and we encountered the friendliest cashier! The customer service was excellent, and the food was delicious!
The chicken was juicy and the fries were tasty. I ordered the kickin' chicken and ended up making quite a mess, but it was definitely worth it!

I'm not sure what's happening with this location; it used to be one of my favorite Zaxby's due to the quality of the food. The food still tastes good, but the portion sizes haven't kept up with the price increases. In fact, they seem to have decreased. For $10.50, I expect more. I should also mention that the portion sizes have been inconsistent lately, fluctuating from day to day.
