It's was ok, customer service sucks and the worst part is you wait for your wings o my for them to be ok. The women in there don't even greet people and acknowledge customers. The guy on the register was cool and very helpful. The taste of the ranch was definitely not giving what Wingstop ranch is suppose to give. View all feedback.
The slowest place I’ve ever been to. And the food was terrible.

Took over 30 mins just to get a single order of wings. Fries where also cold.
It’s not even that busy but 10 wings and fries took 40 minutes. Actual store management appears nonexistent. Dont charge $20 for minimal food if the process of picking it up is so disorganized.
On 10/27/2023 i enter Wingstop in Hoover and it was the worse visit there ever!!! I went in at 10:23pm the lady behind the counter said we have a 45 minutes wait. I ok that. She said it again and then stated its going to be longer than 45 minutes. I still was ok. I asked her why is she trying to get me to leave by stating this so many times. I was in the store before 11pm which is the time they closed. She then tell me its going to be a long time. I responded with ma 'am i will wait will, so i told my son to tell her what he wanted. The lady said, "Name!! Im like excuse me, Name, ma 'am what u need my name for. Then she said for the order. Well please say that. I was heated by then but stayed calm. Moving forward she was very rude. I ended up waiting 30 minutes not 45 but my food was cold and not fresh. It was sitting in lots of oil. I have a video to show corporate with i email them later. I was so upset and my son was too
