We were working in the area last week and decided to give Jake’s a try! It was delicious! There was no wait, the server was super nice, the food came out quick, everything was great! We both decided to get the Jamaican Jerk Chicken, with corn bread, Mac and cheese, fried okra, and rice! It was all delicious! I had the jerk chic, it was OK. But, it was not jerk chicken. It was more like BBQ chicken with a thick BBQ like sauce that gave it a jerk-like favor. True jerk chicken has jerk baked into the chicken. View all feedback.
My boys and I ate here and it is the only restaurant all three of us enjoyed. I would definitely recommend Jake’s Cafe!
Menu prices are gauged online. Red velvet cake was horrible. Customer Service needs improvement.
I love Jakes and so happy they have a lunch special can yall please bring the meatloaf back as well.
I have eaten the catfish with sweet potato casserole and Mac and cheese. It’s well worth it and it’s DoorDash to my house and still a 10. Love this place
It's your taste buds definition of perfect!!! Great food,great people, THE BEST JERK CHICKEN IN ALABAMA!! so many flavorful options to choose from and I can't wait to come back for more! This is my family's new number 1 pick!
