The service was quick and excellent. Our server, Alex, was fantastic and even spoke a little Spanish for my family members who didn't understand English. I thought it was really thoughtful of him to learn some phrases to make everyone feel welcome. The only minor issue was that we had to remind him a couple of times that we needed drinks, but given that he was busy and assisting other tables, I can overlook that. Ove... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Ihop:
We were seated immediately since there was only one other couple in the restaurant. We ordered from the senior menu. Another couple arrived ordered and got their food before we got ours. My husband's turkey was missing the gravy. He asked the waitress to bring it. Otherwise the food was good. About 10 minutes later she returned and said they were out of gravy. Tasty and yummy in my tummy. Wasn't a wait and we got here at 1020 and got a seat. They have many tables for ppl. Customer service is good also. Come on over!
I haven't visited an IHOP restaurant in a few years. I was definitely impressed with the quality and quantity of my food. It was excellent! The front desk clerk and our waitress were absolutely wonderful too. Restaurant was very clean.Food: 5/5

The entire restaurant had (2) customers and had to wait while (3) employees who were sitting down finished texting... I travel a lot and this is by far the worst service I have had at an iHOP
