I very tried Freddy's before but today was fantastic! I went random and asked the cashier what she would eat. Ms. Emirates informed me on the number 2 which is exactly what I got with lettuce wrap instead of buns.... My God it was good. Then I paired it with a mixed shake with butterfingers pieces. The shake tech got it wrong but paired it with Reeses pieces which was even better!!! Well done Freddy's team!! View all feedback.

Well, never returning. We had skipped coming here for many months cause the drive thru stinks so so bad and concretes have no add ins. Paid for 2 add ins, barely maybe a teaspoon of them, all at the bottom, not mixed in. Seems nothing changes. Now that's not the worst, when we got to the window, we sat there for more than 10 minutes. Timed it. The worst, NEVER returning. View all feedback.

The first time there was very good and delicious, I just wish they could put one in biloxi or diberville,
Tiny tiny tiny potions for the price. It was good but not $25 good for 2 meals. The people were super nice, but the food didn't live up to the hype. I thought it would be better. I wanted it to be better. Also, in a milkshake, everything was clumped together at the bottom of the cup, which was disappointing.
Wow! What a place! Our burgers were fantastic. The staff were all super friendly, professional, and hardworking. They kept the place very clean. Large menu and all very reasonably priced. I can't believe a place like this still exists in 2024. Our new favorite fast food fast casual spot
Justin, the cashier, greeted me at the front door.He was VERY cordial and efficient. He was so polite to this older person(me) and I truly appreciate it. Freddy's in The Grove Shopping Center in Hoover has an outstanding employee.
