Big Whiskey's American Restaurant Bar

I don’t remember our waitress name but she was a black light skin middle aged woman with a black ponytail …she got our whole order wrong even the drinks! She rushed us to order. Just Wasn’t friendly at all. After spending over $100 on food and drinks . We didn’t make a fuss because we were hungry. We paid. no tip. and left. We will return because the food and drink’s was good. But I will not let her service us again. Your loss sweetie!. look now you’re in my Google review.

Food was fantastic, service was even better, India provided amazing service and took great care of our party. The manager, TC, made time to make us feel welcome and wanted. Thank you so much to India and TC for the amazing service.

Honest review: I was greeted upon arrival by the host and quickly seated. The hostess was quite pleasant, asked if it was my first visit, and directed me towards the menus available. I love how she set the server up for success.My server (Jo T. greeted me within a minute, made a food suggestion, and was friendly as well. If you're looking for a nice lunchbox, great service, and amazing food, please come by to see the AMAZING STAFF at Big Whisky!!!Pictured: BW BBQ Burger

Lisa our waitress and the staff at Big Whiskey were great. We had a large group but Lisa did an excellent job managing our request. Good food and fun atmosphere. Will definitely go back!

So I gave it another chance and arrived by happy hour (Mon-Fri 3-6). I wanted a seafood meal but since the last time I came, they were just offering appetizers, so I decided to give the appetizers a try. I loved the buffalo dip. I could eat that and take some to go. But instead, I ordered the Southwest Egg Rolls as my meal. I enjoyed them so much that I ordered some to go. The atmosphere was pleasant and my waitress was utterly pleasant. There was a shift change but the service stayed the same. I think the backup waitress name started with a K . Kayla!! (Has to look at the receipt..lol). My experience this time around was much better than my last. I will be back again. Good eats!?
