Arby's - Hoover

Many articles were not available, saw like 3 sandwiches not available. the ordered milkshake, the machine was down. Jalepaneo-Poppers ordered, they were out. mozerella ordered, even out there, no serviettes in the togo bag.

11:30 am on 9/24 and the doors are locked with no sign stating why. The employees are obviously in there. They’re cleaning tables even though nobody’s inside and making sure the door is still locked.

Absolutely worst Arby's in Alabama. Past ten am, go through drive thru, no one at the drive thru, go to window, no one to be seen. If you say your open at 10am, you should be OPEN at ten am. I once drove by there around 8pm, after work. They close like ten pm, but THEY ARE OUT OF MEAT. How does an Arbies run out of meat? Pathetic.

Update: the reply to my one-star review shows that this company doesn't even know how to solicit feedback correctly (you can't select or copy a link from a Google review reply). That's how poor this Arby's location is, top to bottom.
