This place is a total rip-off. The prices for the games are absurdly high, ranging from $3.00 to $6.50 each. I understand that we're in a recession, but come on! They have a liquor license, so they should be generating revenue from food and drinks instead. Save your money and go to Dave & Buster's or even Chuck E. Cheese instead.
The laser tag session lasted just 15 minutes, plus an additional 15 minutes for a video briefing and putting on our gear. Unfortunately, the instructions were quite confusing, featuring multiple options that were poorly explained. My vest kept switching to incognito mode, and I couldn't figure out how or why it happened, nor how to revert it—I'm still unsure if it even changed teams. My 10-year-old didn't manage to score a single hit during the game, and I only got a few in the last round. Both kids, aged 8 and 10, felt frustrated and didn't enjoy themselves at all. It turned out to be an expensive 15 minutes for our family. We were accompanied by another family who has experience with laser tag, and they agreed it was the worst one they had tried.
I hadn't been there in years, and I was amazed by how much it has changed! It's fantastic! I also highly recommend the steak tip Caesar salad and the French fries!
Have been at the Hooksett location and loved the setting which was great for adults and kids. Had a birthday party there for my 8 yo daughter and they took care of all the details and made accommodations when children lost their game cards of some pizza was eaten by adults. Maybe future recommendations to add wrist bands for children to avoid lost cards.
