The pork was very clean and delicious season just perfectly. The slaw and hush puppies were also some of the best I have eaten. I was lucky enough to get the only Box of skins they had left for sale at 9:00 a.m. I would recommend you pre order the week before you come since they are only open on Saturday but it is worth the drive from anywhere to try this institution.
