This was our first visit to the Derby Gasthaus, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice since my sister recently moved back home, making it a convenient meeting spot for us. The pub exceeded our expectations in every way, and we plan to return more frequently. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I wanted to reserve that rating for Michelin-starred restaurants! The Derby Inn should definitely be regarded as a top gastro-pub, currently ranking among the finest dining establishments in the area. The menu is appealing, featuring innovative dishes and a wide variety of options. The atmosphere is stylishly decorated, and the tables are well spaced, avoiding any overcrowding. There was a pleasant hum of conversation and laughter in the background. I must especially commend the service, which was competent, attentive, and professional.
We are always pleased with the quality of the food and service during each visit. It has become our regular meeting spot.
Really good will certainly go back, would recommend it.
