Fabulous food, attentive service and a great location. This unknown gem in the Groene Hart is one of our favorite places to eat. A surprise every time, because it is made with what can be harvested from their own vegetable garden at that time. Using as much local material as possible and throwing away as little as possible, while also serving brilliant courses, if you can do that you got it. A top tent.
