Simon's Cliff House At The Columbia Gorge

This restaurant is an excellent choice for a special dinner. It's located a scenic two-hour drive from Portland and is housed in a charming hotel/resort from the 1920s. The staff is very welcoming, and the food is outstanding. Plus, the views of the river are simply breathtaking!

We enjoyed a delightful dinner with a beautiful view of the Columbia River, accompanied by excellent food and service. The appetizer featuring brie, pear, almond, and honey was fantastic. My seafood pasta was the best I’ve had since I was in Sicily, and my wife’s salmon was cooked to perfection.
