Today was our second visit to Remedy this summer, and we loved it just as much as the first time. We both ordered Buddha bowls and Aloha smoothies, and they were excellent! We also grabbed some Chunky Monkey nut butter balls to take with us and wished we had bought more—they were so delicious! It's truly wonderful to find a place near Hood River that offers fresh, healthy, vegan options. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Remedy Juice Cafe:
The only positive aspect of my visit was the central location of the vegan restaurant in HOOD RIVER. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend dining here. Like many places these days, I understand they may be facing challenges in finding staff, so I don't want to be too harsh. I'm open to giving an updated review next time, as this visit was just a one-off experience. View all feedback.
Beautiful clean option. so beautiful to have a clean room, quality ingredients penetrate the air glory salad bowl was not very creatiw, but was very satisfying. green tara smoothie was yum. kale kaffee had a beautiful cayenne kick thank you.
Delicious and fresh salads and juices! The only negative thing I can think of was the jazz playing in the background. But that’s just me, probably.
We’re vegan and stopped here for lunch, basing our decision on previous Happy Cow reviews. We weren’t disappointed! We ordered the vegan tamale plate (delicious), golden milks eliminating coconut milk oil made with their house-made almond milk instead (smooth warming), then Kale Coffee to share during the rest of our drive. We loved all the healthy choices and the uniqueness of our kale coffee. Yes, we’ll be back to try something else next time.
I 've been to Remedy several times. Overall, I think it 's a pretty great place and would recommend it. There are lots of vegan options: they have smoothies, juices, other drinks, and some creative savory vegan items. They make their own coconut and almond milk. There is a good amount of seating and a few seats outside. They have pretty good prices for what they offer. I 've tried a few difference menu items: the vegan protein smoothie bowl was underwhelming. It tasted decent, but was served in a weird bowl and did not look Instagram worthy. I know this comment might sound odd, but presentation is really important and I can 't see customers sharing pictures of their bowls (which would be free advertising for Remedy). They also use coconut sugar in several of their smoothies which is unnecessary, so I ask to leave it out. They do have many good smoothies though, I haven 't been disappointed. Overall, I would recommend Remedy. There are lots of vegan options, but Remedy needs to work on the presentation of their food.
Lots of vegan options. I had the pumpkin protein- flax smoothie and it was great. Price is what I'd pay for a lunch or so. Friendly service and nice place to hang.
