I originally stopped by for a quick bathroom break and a cup of coffee, but I ended up loving the ambiance of this place. The addition of the roses was a lovely touch.
Employees don’t speak English. Are very rude also. Check your order. They mess up a lot. Over priced also. Stopped again on 4-3-24 order was wrong, inedible. No one here speaks English. Worst McDonald’s in Oregon.
It is ridiculous that I am forced to use a kiosk that only works part time (have to repeatedly keep pressing the same option). Where is the face to face interaction and experience? Will find another location to patronize
They always had my order right and longest wait time for me has been 10 minutes.
I had the app kick me back out of the shopping cart. When i got back to app shopping cart it replaced pick up at drive through with pick up at counter. I though that would be no big del ill go through the drive through and ill tell them what happened. But instead of just handing me my food through the drive through i was berated about how i was wrong and what i was doing was wrong. By not one person but 3. Treat your customers with a little respect.
