Grace Su's China Gorge - HOOD RIVER

Eating was amazing and very credible. I live about 30 minutes away and went twice in 1 week after eating there for the first time. I also work in a high-end restaurant maybe I expect a lot, but the servers were much too iced and it was a slower day both paint I went. I felt like I had to talk 90 miles a minute. They were otherwise very nice to slow down only when they can. eating came faster than I've ever seen.

Super clean and solid taste. but “interesting” choice to make in court: zzitrone huhn is just a massive plate of fried chicken with a few pieces broccoli swimming in sauce, and yet the douban pork was a plate of vegetables with just a little chopped / chopped pigs scattered.

Met for lunch with a total party of 5, and ordered off the lunch menu.The restaurant is well maintained and has a lot of beautiful chinese style decor. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. They never rushed us, even though we sat around to chat after our meal concluded.Food came out quick. Portion sizes weren't huge, but enough to fill you up and maybe take some home.The General Tso's was a little different, the pieces were larger, but the sauce was good and the chicken was tender.The Walnut Shrimp was excellent, it had a sweet sauce, was crunchy, and perfectly cooked.The Almond Chicken was also a bit different. It didn't have any gravy or breading and was more like an almond chicken subgum without noodles.

I LOVE the food here. They have an amazing Gluten Free menu. Lots of options. Great staff and good prices. Quite possibly the best Chinese food along the Gorge.

Ate here after going snowboarding at Mt Hood Meadows, food was extra delicious and portions are manly.
