I had a great experience at the restaurant! Crystal helped me with my sandwich and was super friendly and knowledgeable about the best low-carb bread options. Crystal was rude, snarky, sarcastic and argumentative. Nastiest experience I've ever had at a Subway. Probably a convict and is why she thinks this is ok. Horrible service, light on ingredients, very bad attitude. She clearly hates her life and should not be allowed to touch food or interact with customers. 22$ for a foot long w extra bag of chips and large drink. Pretty sure she's pocketing the difference or something equally shady. Steer clear of this place. Shocked they're allowed to do business with a chronic for an employee. Beware!
Rude female at the Makiki Village location who has a bad attitude and doesn't know how to listen. And yes their prices are ridiculous $9.95 for half a sandwich!!!
I had a negative experience at Subway when a young man working there made an inappropriate remark, questioning whether I could afford a sandwich. It was quite disrespectful and made me feel uncomfortable.
Terrible customer service. The person preparing my sandwich was unnecessarily rude. I experienced attitude just for ordering a sub. Unbelievable.
