Da Spot offers a variety of food options at reasonable prices, with their smoothies being a standout favorite. The restaurant has expanded from a small kiosk to a larger space on King St., offering a larger selection of prepared foods and cook-to-order items. The curries are particularly delicious, although some customers have noted that the lack of vegan options at the new location is disappointing. Despite this, the overall experience at Da Spot is described as great, with fresh, flavorful food and friendly service. The casual atmosphere and diverse menu make it a go-to spot for a quick, delicious meal.

Da Spot is a reasonably-priced restaurant with generous portion sizes. The mochiko chicken, in particular, is excellent - not overly breaded or greasy like other places. They also offer delicious fried noodles and curry dishes. We used Da Spot to cater for a party of around 150 people and they were fantastic. The staff is friendly and accommodating, even when we had a last-minute change to our event. I am extremely i... View all feedback.
What Nádia Lima dislikes about Da Spot:
They had a vegan option I got $8 for a small part calculated that I said would be $4 without sides from the First Lady. the part was literally like 4 bites had a tiny piece of tofu in it and had no taste and was just basically sauce. The service was also rude. Had high hopes, will not be back! View all feedback.

Really tasty food, decent prices and quick service. I?m not sure how long the food had been out but that didn?t matter because it was delicious and we ate every bite!! Plenty of selection for everyone. Will definitely be coming back. Only complaint is norestroom and a few of the options were low/out.
Very tasty food! The curry was a good flavor and packed with veggies cooked perfectly. Lots of options to choose from, really great prices. Friendly staff that answers questions without being annoyed or rushing you. Will definitely return!
I came in looking for smoothies and left having eaten a mini plate. I didn't really know what I was walking into when we got here. I saw the different selections for entrees and changed my mind on what I was looking for. I tried the Moroccan Chicken andcouldn't say no. If you're looking for a quick or hefty but this is the place to go. The mini plate included the entree, salad, and 2 scoops of rice. Plenty for someone who may be hungry. If you're thinking about it... Just give this place a shot.
So my sister was really stoked to bring me here because she said the food is really tasty and you get a lot for your money. I was excited because I hadn't had curry in so long and they had lots of curry options. You definitely get a lot for your money, but I was disappointed in the food. It lacked flavor, it was soggy I think it had been sitting for awhile, and it gave mediarrhea. It makes me wonder what ingredients they're using... specifically the types of oils they're using. I'm prettysensitive to bad oils, so I'm assuming this was what made my stomach upset.

This restaurant is fantastic - the food and service are exceptional. The value for the quality of food is remarkable. I highly recommend dining here.

I was turned to this place from my yoga instructor years ago. What I like about this place is the choices and options you get when ordering food here. Everything is already prepared so you can see what you were choosing. Pick your main(s) and sides and pay. All tasty, so far everything I’ve ordered here been good. Parking can be and little difficult around here.

Hands down the best smoothies on O'ahu for the price! I'm almost certain all their smoothies are vegan soymilk or fruit based). There are tons of variations available, or create your own. My fav is mango haupia. I've been eating at the Da Spot since Mo'ili'ili, when a 16oz smoothie cost around $3. The menu hasn't changed much since then, but the price has gone up a bit. The UHM kiosk was their first expansion, and they've now moved the restaurant into a bigger space on King St across from 24hr Longs and near Down to Earth). The restaurant has a much larger selection of prepared foods then the UHM kiosk. At the kiosk you'll get around 3-4 dishes to choose from. The menu will vary slightly from day-to-day. At the restaurant its the same, but a much larger selection and offers cook-to-order items. Most of the curries are delicious. I mean 4 or 5 stars delicious! My guess is heavy on the coconut cream, but whatever it is they're certainly noteworthy. My only gripe with the new location is the lack of vegan options. They used to offer much much more at all their locations. The last 4 times I visited the restaurant they had 0-2 prepared vegan foods out of 12!. Ridiculous really. I'm so saddened by it, I vowed only to return for the smoothies. :
This food stall has various curries , though not particularly authentic (their Egyptian Curry was more like westernized Indian curry). Still--you get a pretty good portion of vegetarian food (with vegan options) for a reasonable price. I noticed a line forming around noon, so this place is pretty popular among (especially) students. The only criticism is that the food they serve you isn 't particularly hot (both temperature and spiciness), just luke warm.
