Reviews summary
The restaurant, known for its local Hawaiian fare, received mixed reviews. Some found the food to be overpriced and underwhelming, with small portions and lackluster flavors. However, others were impressed with the delicious and beautifully presented dishes, as well as the attentive and friendly service. The location was convenient, although lacking in views. Live music from a neighboring venue added to the ambiance for some diners. Overall, the restaurant seemed to have potential, with some patrons vowing to return for special occasions or casual meals with friends.

Happy Hour was from 4-6. I ordered Kuala pig nachos. I assumed I was getting the happy hour size/price but the waiter didn’t ask and I didn’t specifically say so I am partially at fault. They were a little stale though. My husband got the Kailua pig and cabbage. He said it was ok but suggested we not come back again. View all feedback.
What Pearl dislikes about Aloha Table:
It took a little while to seat us. We did have reservations. However, the food came out very quickly. They were very accommodating when an appetizer was not made as ordered. They replaced the appetizer in the way it was ordered. View all feedback.

At first, we were hesitating to try this place but WOW! This place was exactly what we've been wanting for Loco Moco and the service was spectacular. We sat outdoor and live music with beautiful dancing beside the restaurant with fresh air added to the wonderful experience.
This place was simply beautiful. Felt so tucked away and romantic. Have a good couples package! And the waiter was so sweet to give us complimentary champagne when he found out we were on our honeymoon!
Great food and phenomenal service! Dropped by here spontaneously on a Friday night for dinner with family. We had a baby and toddler in the group that were restless and the staff was super accommodating. We ordered quite a few different dishes and they were all delicious. The food portions here were very large and filling. The supreme loco moco was amazing! One of the staff recommended to try a variation with garlic rice next time, so will definitely have to give that a try when i visit again.
These guys are absolutely amazing! We were a large group of 55 and they accommodated us with clear communication the entire process of the way. The fried chicken and shrimp was amazing and the loco moco was definitely the best on the island. We had a huge blast here and the restaurant, staff and food were incredible. Will definitely come back again and recommended it for anyone looking for a good laid back casual atmosphere!
Updated Review from September 2023: *Highly recommend a reservation to avoid a long wait. There were a lot of people waiting and we walked past all of them with our reservation. This place is also not the easiest to spot. Keep your eyes peeled it’s upstairs and the sign isn’t the easiest to notice. We visited this restaurant in January 2020 and decided we liked it so much we wanted to have it again in 2023. Last time, we had tried Loco Moco here and I haven’t been able to replicate it at hom

Customer service was great. Not much of a variety of menu items. The shrimp was very delicious though but the rice was just too sticky and kind of over cooked. But the loco moco burger was pretty good
A fun time. My husband and I had a good time here. It was really busy so do make reservations. Delicious ???? LocoMoco. Wonderful fresh salad. Large portions. Friendly service. It is hot while waiting in line but nice and cool in the restaurant.
Everyone enjoyed their food. The staff was super friendly and checked on us occasionally. The pina colada was sweet. The chicken wasn’t very seasoned, but the sauce made up for it and the meat was tender. The carbonara was creamy and great. The braisedbeef had a lot of sauce, 10/10! Lastly, the lemon butter was a great flavor combo.
Really enjoyed the atmosphere, waitstaff, and food at this place. Waitstaff were pretty efficient and hard working. All food is strongly Japanese influenced but food was well made and the localmoco was very good! When it started to get busy it took a fewtimes for us to call for someone and request our check but overall would like to come again

I went there for lunch. It was a weekday but it was quite crowded and lively, so I think it's better to make a reservation. The interior has a simple atmosphere. It feels like a cafe restaurant, so it's relaxing. It is used by a wide range of customers, from families to businessmen. And the food is very delicious! It seems to suit Japanese tastes. The main course and drink are included in the price of $13, which is a great value for money in Waikiki. There is no other place in Waikiki where you can eat lunch at this price, other than the food court. It was great. There was a diaper changing station in the restroom, so mothers with children can feel at ease. It seems like you can easily go alone. Overall it was good.

I visited this restaurant based on my wife's enthusiastic recommendation, and I must say I was impressed. The food was delightful, particularly knowing the restaurant has won the Loco Moco Award. I also tried the garlic shrimp, which had a wonderfully tender and flavorful skin. Additionally, the Oreo tiramisu was charmingly presented in the shape of an island. They offer a discount for military personnel, allowing me to enjoy this delicious meal at a great price.

I recently had my wedding in Hawaii and Aloha Table was the ideal spot for our welcome dinner. Mariko went above and beyond to answer any questions we had and provided excellent service throughout our meal.
We had a pleasant dining experience at this cozy little restaurant during our visit. The kalbi was definitely the standout dish that we ordered. The service was excellent and they had a great selection of drinks on their happy hour menu.

Good place limited meni. Along of loco moco flavor. Juice is canned and food is salty. Not bad but not great and about 15% more than it should be for price.
Our server, Leo, was incredible! He recommended the LocoMoco and it was just delicious. Good Food Great Service!
The food was overpriced compared to other restaurants in the area and the location was in a alley with just a look at the alley. There was nothing special about the food that was comparable to food that could be obtained in a take-out restaurant. The staff was friendly and the service was fast.

WOW!, If you want local delicious food, this is the place to go. LOCO MOCO is the best on the island. We shared three other dishes during Happy Hour, along with Happy drink prices. Don't miss it. It is tucked away on a little street in the hear of Waikiki. A shout out to JAMES, our server. Accommodating and on top of his game. Highly recommend Aloha!
Food was so delicious. Interesting flavors and beautiful presentation. Prompt, friendly, and attentive service. Everyone cleared their plates, including the kids (best kids meal we’ve ever seen). Location is convenient although there’s no view of anything.
Initial Observations:Upstairs next to the Beef Jerky shop. A little difficult to find using Google maps. It's located off the main street.Ceiling fans and open air seating really cools the place down. It does not feel hot at all.Service:Stars out of 5: 5Greeted quickly and seated. FOH is friendly and patient. Staff is very friendly and responsive. We got boxes and the check very quickly when asked.Food:Stars out of 5: 4Taste of ALOHA Appetizer sampler $32-Tomato and onion is refreshing; onions were sweet-Mochiko Chicken is really good...juicy and seasoned; really good crunch-Tofu poke was good, had edamame and what looked like samphire. Sesame/soy dressing.-Ahi Poke tasted ok...could have been better; but the dressing does wonders for the onions-Garlic Shrimp flashed fried shrimp; juicy and flavorfulBeef Kalbi $37I am speechless.... The Garlic rice is terrific and the ribs were perfect and full of flavor. The sweet and smokiness of the ribs with the savory garlic rice hits me just right... but then you go for the sweet kernel corn on the side...the only thing missing was butter for the corn.Kobe Style Loco Moco $232 small patties 2 sunny side eggs smothered in beef gravy. Honestly I think this dish was just OK. I had it in other places before and really did not notice any major differences. There was nothing that jumped out at you as being special or unique.Rest Room:Stars out of 5: 2The men's room is at the end of a short darkish hallway. Single Urinal/SIngle stall/Single sink. The room is a bit small; the automatic towel dispenser was empty at the time of visit.Overall Opinion:Stars out of 5: 3.5
