Asked 3 times for a gla... read more Mediocre food coupled with terrible service and high prices. It was not busy when we went and it took forever to get drinks and refills. Asked 3 times for a glass of water and finally gave up and filled an empty glass myself from the lobby water fountain.We had a group of 9 adults and 2 kids and the food runner would just randomly dump the food in the middle of the table and quickly walk away.We specifically went there because one of our group was a travel agent looking to see the resort for her clients and we were looking to see if we wanted to stay on our next trip and will not be returning.

Hotel service was similar to Ritz or Four Seasons except for the staff felt genuinely that nice instead of it being part of their training Beds and lines extremely comfortable. House keeping does fantastic job Views and beach access are amazing plus pool is extremely fun including two water slides! Great mix of outdoor activities beaches, hiking, snorkeling, horse rides all on property. Or you can hang at pool and enjoy resort life. Something for everyone! Gigi at the Alaia restaurant was amazing unprinted she brought our 3 year old a flower lei unprompted made our daughters night The ocean club is the most amazing lounge I’ve been to and I’ve been to a lot. It’s worth the money! They have fresh food and apps for every meal including high quality drinks at dinner time. Travis and the rest of the staff keep the lounge fully stocked and spotless. There is even a kids corner to keep children occupied while you enjoy sunset from the amazing views A hidden gem for sure, website doesn’t do this place justice. Can’t wait to come back !!
