The broth was not so... read more I had clear broth brisket on a reasonably quiet weekday afternoon. The beef was quite good, I liked it better than Sister Wah’s in Tin Hau. The broth was not so thick and came with the right flavors. Their beef balls are hand pounded and they are especially delicious. I topped up with milk tea and had a very decent local meal.
